Our Team
Our staff consist of an Owner, Director, Assistant Director, Lead Teacher and Teacher Assistant. Each of our staff members has knowledge of Early Childhood Education. They also have a love for children and a strong desire to compliment their educational experiences with your children. All Candyland VTM staff members participate in on-going training programs supplemented with specialized workshops.
Qualified Teachers make up our exceptional staff. They are here to supply guidance and support for your children. Small teacher to student ratios at Candyland VTM Childcare ensures your child receives individualized attention.

Since we place a high value on continuity of care and recognise the relevance of consistency in the lives of young children, our workforce is limited to permanent part-time and full-time educators. We employee regular permanent float educators which enables us to refrain from using “casual” or “agency” educators. This means that your child will always know and be familiar with every educator in the service!
